Christmas Time is Here, Happiness and Cheer

Last night, Amy and I decorated our first Christmas tree (in our townhouse). We listened to Christmas music and drank Egg Nog (actually, we didn't drink egg nog, but I would have liked to).

I wanted to share some photos of our fun evening.

My new Nutcracker (I love nutcrackers - they remind me of childhood when I danced). And behind him is my first menorah; although I'm not Jewish I have always wanted to have one.

Antique Christmas Bell from someone in my family, possibly my grandmother or my great-grandmother.

I told you I love Nutcrackers. This is one of 3 that hang from our tree. I love how his mouth is wide open.

"Peace" - one of my favorite ornaments made from Swarovski crystals.

Awesome action shot by Amy of me decorating the tree.

Our tree topper is an antique from my grandparents.

A sparkly bulb handed down from my aunt.

The final product really twinkles. Our first tree is definitely impressive (and this photo makes it look really tall).

We are quite pleased with our Christmas Tree. (P.S. This is not our Christmas card, but expect one similar.)
